Wsu.A is a Hacking Tool. Though these programs are legitimate and useful tools when they are appropiately used, a hacker could take advantage of them in order to carry out malicious actions.
To be more precise, Wsu.A allows to perform the following actions in Windows 2003/XP/2000/NT computers:
Run programs with the same rights as an specific user account; for example, the Administrator account.
Copy programs to the affected computer and run them.
Overwrite existing programs on the computer and run them.
Wsu.A is not a risk by itself, but the programs run could be of any type, including worms and Trojans.
Wsu.A is difficult to recognize, as it does not show any messages or warnings that may indicate it has reached the computer.
