Pipes is a backdoor type Trojan, which allows hackers to remotely access the affected computer.
Pipes consists of two modules:
- The server program, which is installed on the affected computer.
- The client program, which is installed on the hacker's computer.
Through these two programs, the attacker can gain remote access to the affected computer, without the user realizing.
Pipes is difficult to recognize, as it does not give any indication that it has infected a computer.
