BckPatcher.C is a worm which modifies the icons of the folders and the wallpaper of the Windows Explorer.
Additionally, whenever files with certain extensions are run, such as DLL, EXE, JPG or RAR, the worm will be run instead of the application associated with such extensions.
BckPatcher.C spreads through shared, mapped and removable drives, making copies of itself in them.
BckPatcher.C is easy to recognize, as it shows the following symptoms:

Although the user clicks OK, the message appears once and again, leaving the computer temporarily blocked.
