Lydra.AO is a Trojan designed to steal passwords and information from the affected user and computer.
On the one hand, it logs the keystrokes typed by the user and the activity of the mouse, and looks for email addresses in certain files of the computer.
On the other, it obtains information about the computer, such as computer name, IP addresss, version of the operating system, etc.
All the gathered information is sent to its creator via email.
Lydra.AO does not spread automatically by its own means. It needs an attacking user's intervention in order to reach the affected computer.
Lydra.AO is difficult to recognize, as it does not display any messages or warnings that indicate it has reached the computer.>>>>
