Keylogger.DB is a Trojan whose main objective is to log the keystrokes typed by the users when they access certain websites. This way, it can obtain confidential information such as passwords or access keys to several web services.
It reaches the computer taking advantage of a vulnerability affecting Microsoft Access, which allows remote code execution.
Keylogger.DB does not spread automatically by its own means. It needs an attacking user's intervention in order to reach the affected computer.
Keylogger.DB is difficult to recognize, as it does not display any messages or warnings that indicate it has reached the computer.
