PIKACHUS BALL.EXE is not a virus; it is a hoax or an e-mail message that tricks users into thinking that a new virus called PIKACHUS BALL.EXE is spreading, which doesn’t actually exist.

PIKACHUS BALL.EXE tries to gain the user’s trust by giving some information, which seems to be true.  Its aim is to cause alarm and get users to forward the message.
