Panda has different types of virus maps that show the percentage of infected computers in different situations.
- Virus Infection Map: gives live graphic coverage of the percentage of computers infected by viruses in a geographic zone.

What information is included in the Panda Virus Infection Map?
In addition to the percentage of computers infected by viruses, or the combination of viruses in a geographic zone (worldwide, continent or country), the Virus Infection Map provides the following information:
- PCs with active threats: Active threats are viruses, spyware… that were running on the PC when the scan took place.
- PCs with latent threats: Inactive or latent threats are viruses, spyware… that were not running on the PC when the scan took place. However, they could become active if the user run them.

How to use the Panda Virus Infection Map?
In this Worlwide Map you can check the Infection data of any country from which Panda Security obtains data. By default, below the map appears the statistics data of the country you're in, but you can check the data of any other country by clicking on the "see statistics" link that appears after clicking on the ballon. If you want to check the Worlwide infection data just click in the link for that action.
