At Panda Security we believe that companies have a responsibility towards the society where we operate in, and this is the reason why we actively collaborate with several organizations:
WWF
is one of the largest and most efficient independent organizations worldwide aimed at preserving wildlife. Its mission is to stop the degradation of the environment, conserve biological diversity and guarantee the use of sustainable and renewable natural resources, as well as reducing contamination and excessive consumption. Panda supports the initiatives WWF carries out around the globe to protect wildlife.
Special Olympics
promotes sport as a means of stimulus and integration of people with intellectual disabilities. Collaborating with them is above all about supporting values in which we believe – perseverance, enthusiasm, determination – and which Special Olympics promotes through sports among those with intellectual disabilities.
Sponsorship of
Javier Conde, a long-distance paralympic athlete with a string of excellent achievements under his belt. He has also set over 10 World records in distances including 1500, 5000 and 10000 meters.
Additionally, we carry out awareness campaigns such as ‘Kids on the Web’ to promote the secure use of the Internet. Internet threats are increasing and children are the most vulnerable. Internet often goes from being a game or a hobby to becoming a problem if children fall victim to one of its dangers. The campaign provides information and solutions to combat the dangers and threats children face on the Web.
