Symptoms

Windows laptops with Endpoint Security protection version 8.00.21.XXXX show protection errors after hibernation or suspension mode.

Solution
Follow these steps to apply the hotfix on those computers affected:
  1. Download and save hotfix hotfix_psanmsrvc_gui_8.00.21.x.exe.
  2. Double-click on the file to apply the hotfix.
  3. You might be prompted to restart your computer at your convenience for the hotfix to be fully applied.
