Symptoms
Endpoints from an account with the latest Aether version that still haven't been updated and that are running Windows protection version prior to v8.00.22.00XX don't show information on all the protections from the Administrator Panel and from the Service information section.
Solution
To solve this issue, you must update the endpoint client software protection.
