Error 1301 ocurrs when installing Endpoint Protection.
The agent tries to integrate into the server but, as the customer license seems to be expired, the server rejects it.
In most cases, the problem is due to the fact that the licenses have expired. In this situation, you need to renew the licenses.
Data needed to report the incident
If the issue is not solved, it is then necessary to collect a series of data from the computer. Please, read How to report problems from the Endpoint Protection console and follow the instructions indicated.
