Domain administrator console
Makes it possible to register and cancel users, create user groups, include a user in an already existing group etc. The domain administrator also has the following settings options:
- Virus: Virus notification settings (sender, addressee, administrator).

Spam:
- Configuring filtering levels for "spam" and subsequent action (deleting, redirecting, quarantine or labeling) and "probable spam" (redirecting, quarantine or labeling) for the complete domain.
- Simplified settings can be established with predetermined parameters for those thresholds and actions. "Aggressive", "medium" or "permissive" filtering.
- Inclusion of domains and accounts in white and black lists applicable to the entire domain. Note: There are more black lists than white lists.
- Authorization to individual users for taking spam quarantine related actions.
- Authorization to individual users for defining filtering thresholds, or simplified settings, and populating black/white lists, creating individual user profiles. Initial settings for notification periods of messages in quarantine to users.
- Disable/delete personal user profiles.

Content filtering:
- Configuring extensions and sizes to be blocked, and subsequent actions (delete, redirect, quarantine).
- Settings for notes/banners.
- Notification settings in case messages are blocked.
- Authorization to individual users for changing notification criteria.
- The domain administrator will access the following reports in their console: List of messages in virus quarantine, list of messages in spam quarantine, list of messages blocked by content filtering, period and domain reports, system reports, virus filtering reports and spam reports.
