User Console

This is a web system which can be used to review e-mails in quarantine and take any action, configuring its profile and checking the activity reports in its account. The settings options are as follows:

• Virus: Virus notification settings in e-mails.

• Spam, if authorized by the domain administrator:

  • Configuring filter levels for "spam" and subsequent action (deleting, redirecting, quarantine or labeling) and "probable spam" (redirecting, quarantine or labeling). Simple settings can be established with predetermined parameters for those thresholds and actions. "Aggressive", "medium" or "permissive" filtering.
  • Inclusion of domains and accounts in white and black lists.
  • Content Filtering Configuring notifications, if authorized by the domain administrator.
