TrustLayer Mail Technology

1. Antivirus Technology: TruPrevent™ Technologies, with an advanced heuristic engine, detect and block unknown viruses, avoiding the spread of viruses and malicious codes in corporate networks. Technology for combating Internet threats includes detection of vulnerabilities and protection against spyware, hoaxes, jokes, other security threats and the blocking of hacking tools.

2. Antispam Technology: TrustLayer Mail checks company e-mail using the antispam module, reducing the negative impact of spam on company productivity.

   The system allows antispam analysis for the SMTP protocol.

   To determine whether a message is spam or not, its heading and body are analyzed in different forms (text, html). After different types of analysis (algorithms), the system will classify the message as either spam or not spam.

   It will be possible to configure actions to take, based on the message classification. These actions include marking the subject, redirecting the message to an e-mail address or blocking the message.

   It will also be possible to configure white and black lists of addresses and/or domains, so that e-mails whose sender is in this list will not be analyzed or will be classified as spam accordingly.

3. Mail Continuity technology: Through this service, TrustLayer Mail makes it possible to store company mail when a client server experiences any type of incident. This is achieved by installing high availability redundant MTAs.

4. Content filtering technology: Content filtering for SMTP mail, which enables the blocking of messages or files according to their MIME extension or type.
