Terms and conditions of the prize drawing organized by Panda Security, S.L. (iPod quantity may vary in each country)

• Panda Security S.L. located in C/ Buenos Aires 12, 48001 Bilbao, Spain and its local representatives, has organized a prize drawing for 1 iPod Nano 4 GB (iPod quantity may vary in each country) to promote the new technology called “Collective Intelligence” and the products included in the campaign “Infected or Not?”.
• The prize drawing will start on April 1, 2008, and will end on September 30, 2008.
• The prize drawing is open to all persons who, at the time of the drawing, are active clients of Panda Security or have scanned their computers with AS 2.0 and no infection was detected. Each participant will be able to scan his computer as many times as he wants, counting each one of them like a participation in the drawing.
• The drawing is not open to employees of Panda Security, or members of their direct family or to members of the Distribution Channel of both companies and their direct family.
• In compliance with current personal data protection legislation, the information provided by entrants to Panda Security will be included in automated data files belonging to Panda Security in order to facilitate offers and services that might be of interest to them, unless otherwise indicated by the entrant. The entrant has the right to access this information, cancel it or rectify it should it be erroneous, in accordance with the personal data protection terms included on Panda Security's website. Panda Security will take all possible measures to ensure confidential treatment of said data.
• Panda Security and its local representative will bear the costs of the iPods Nano 4 GB given away. Panda Security will not be held responsible for any problems that might arise from the use of the iPods Nano 4 GB or their maintenance. Once delivered to the winners, the iPods Nano 4 GB are within the manufacturer's responsibility under the terms established in the manufacturer's warranty.
• Panda Security reserves the right to replace the prizes for others from the same range and of equal or greater value.
• The drawing will be made once a month in the Panda Security offices with a special software created for this commitment. Prizes will only be presented within 30 calendar days from the date of the prize drawing. The names of the winners will be published on Panda Security's website, the Infected or Not website and/or other media to be decided at the time.
• Panda Security will contact the winners in order to get their full personal details and postal mailing address for prize delivery. Winners must identify themselves with an official document. If the winner of a prize cannot be located, the prize will be declared void.
• In order to be eligible for the prize, winners agree to be photographed and/or be named on Panda Security's website and in other media to be decided at the time without additional compensation, notification or permission to promote the campaign. Whenever possible, they should also attend the award ceremony organized by Panda Security.
