The Panda Account is an exclusive area available for Panda clients which allows to:
- Download your products.
- Manage the services of your product, find out the expiry date, renew the license, etc.
- Obtain the specific documentation of your product.
- Report issues of your product to Technical Support.
Once you log into your Panda Account, there are three main areas: My Products, Need help? and Documentation and Downloads.
You can install the following antivirus products from this section:
- Antivirus for Windows, for example, your Panda 2014 product.
- Antivirus for Android, Panda Mobile Security.
- Antivirus for Mac
Your Panda Account also allows you to reassign licenses if you have exceeded the activation limit of your product. And if your product is earlier than 2014, you can also benefit from your Panda Account, just log in, click Add a product and enter the Activation Code of your product.
The Need help? area allows to report any issue you may have with your product to the Technical Support specialists.
All you need to do is fill in the required data and click Send and our dedicated team of expert technicians will give you a solution as soon as possible.
Downloads and Documentation
This area will automatically log you onto the Downloads area of your products, where you will be able to find out all the details of the product you have bought, such as its services, expiry date, etc.
