How to manage your product from your Panda Account

In this article, we will show how to make the most of your Panda Account. From your account, you will be able to download your product, send queries to Support, check your order and a lot more. Please, click on the + sign to display the information of each section.

+ What is your Panda Account? - What is your Panda Account?

Your Panda Account is an exclusive area for Panda customers which offers the following benefits:
  • The download of your product.
  • The management of your product services, such as the license expiry date, renewal of your subscription, etc..
  • The download of your specific product.
  • The sending of queries of your product to Technical Support.
  • The management of your payments and invoices.
  • The possibility to improve your protection by extending your products and services from the new online shop.
  • Exclusive promotions.
+ Access your Panda Account- Access your Panda Account

Access your Panda Account to manage every question related to your product.
  1. If you already have a Panda Account, click the link below and enter your login email address and password:

  2. If you haven't created your Panda Account before, register, fill in the required fields and select Create.
  3. Access your inbox, open the email sent by Panda Security and click Activate your Panda Account!

+ Download your product - Download your product
  1. From your account, click Products and Services tab, More information, and select Download here. You can also send am email to your device and download it from there.

+ Check and modify your Client Data - Check and modify your Client Data

From your Panda Account, click on the top right icon and select Account Management, where you can:
  • Modify your login email.
  • Check and modify your personal data.
  • Select your language.
  • Enable Two-factor authentication.

+ Check your invoice - Check your invoice

From your Panda Account, go to Invoices and Payments to see all the invoices related to your subscriptions filtered by reference, date, product or status.

+ Manage your subscription / Automatic Renewals / Refunds - Manage your subscription / Automatic Renewals / Refunds
  • From your Panda Account, go to Products and Services, select your product and click the Manage your product button. You will see the following options from the right panel under Subscription management:

  • Improve your plan
    Increase the protection level of your current product.
  • Edit payment method
    Select this option to configure your payment method.
  • Cancel your subscription
    You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of services.
    A cancellation cancels future renewal charges, but does not refund your order. Your product remains active and your devices protected during the period of time you were subscribed to (1 month, 1 year, etc.). Once this period is over, if you do not renew manually, your protection expires and you will be unprotected against malware.
Other options:
  • Automatic renewal
    If you want, you can manage the automatic renewal of your product (only valid for online purchases) from My Panda, by accessing your product in Products and Services, More information and clicking on the option in the right panel called Cancel subscription.
  • Refunds
    Panda Security is committed to refund any online purchase within 30 days after the purchase. To request it, access the web form and fill in the fields for Customer Service.
+ Contact Support - Contact Support

For queries related to your Panda Account or with the product, select the Support tab, where you can find the different contact ways. Some countries offer a contact telephone number too.
