Panda Devices Agent is listed in the Add/Remove programs option of the Control Panel but I am not sure what it is.
Explanation
Panda Devices Agent is a process which is installed with Panda Cloud Antivirus although it works as a separate module. This process is responsible for deploying certain Panda Cloud Antivirus fixes and for launching marketing campaigns yet it is not related to the protection capabilities of Panda Cloud Antivirus. That is why Panda Devices Agent is listed as a separate item in the Control Panel Add/Remove Programs option.
