On updating the Endpoint Protection signature file, error 3370 occurs.
This error is due to a lack of sufficient space to download and save the signature file to disk. The space required is the total amount occupied by the compressed file downloaded plus the extracted file.
Free up space on your hard disk in order to complete the update. Once you have done this, you can launch the update in any of the following ways:
- From the Update now option available through the bear icon in the taskbar.
- Or following these steps:
- Access the %ProgramFiles%\Panda Security\WaAgent\WasLpMng folder from a DOS window
- Run the command waplpmng walupd -force
