Predefined alerts in the Advanced Reporting Tool module are enabled by default.
Everytime certain conditions are met in any of them, the alert will be displayed by default at the console. Check the Advanced Reporting Tool User Guide to find out about these conditions.
Notification of new alerts will be displayed on the left menu, Alerts.
Can the settings of the predefined alerts be modified?
Yes, they can. If you wish to modify the settings of the predefined alerts and would like to receive the alert by email without needing to access the console, please refer to the Alerts chapter within the Advanced Reporting Tool User Guide.
Can the predefined alerts be disabled?
Yes, they can. If you don't wish the predefined alerts to be enabled, neither in console nor by email, simply disable them by accessing Administration, Alert Settings and move the alert selector of each of the alerts you want to disable to the OFF position.
