What user name and password should I use to log in to PCSM Manager?
For security reasons, the login credentials included in the welcome email do not allow you to log in to PCSM Manager, just like it is not possible to use those credentials on the PCSM agent console installed on computers.
That’s why it is necessary to create a new account with administrator rights to be able to log in to PCSM Manager from your mobile device.
