Symptomen
Error 2092 tijdens het installeren of updaten van de Endpoint Protection Communications Agent.
Oorzaak
De machine wacht op een herstart. De machine moet herstart worden alvorens de installatie of update begint. De mogelijke oorzaken van de problemen zijn:
- Het overeenkomstige scherm is niet weergegeven.
- De machine werd niet herstart.
Oplossing
- Herstart de machine en kijk of het probleem werd verholpen.
- Zoek het bestand ravtc.tmp in %systemroot%, verwijder het en voer de installatie opnieuw uit.
