Symptoms
A rule to allow web mail but to block web mail attachments has been created by an end user. The administrator discovers that he (or others) successfully sends web mail attachments in spite of the Web 2.0 rule.
Solution
If the end user is using a secure form of web mail (e.g., https://mail.google.com) and SSL scanning is not enabled (Administration -> Other Settings -> SSL Policy), PCIP allows all SSL traffic to pass through the system without inspection. PCIP will not enforce web mail (or any other) rules for https traffic.
