Panda 2015 shows 0 days of maintenance left and displays message saying that the license of my Panda 2015/Gold Protection product has expired when this is not so. Entering a valid Activation Code does not solve the issue and the incorrect expity license remains.
Follow the steps below to apply hotfix hfrt151411s1r1.exe developed by Panda Security in order to solve the problem:
- Download hotfix hfrt151411s1r1.exe.
- Save the file to your hard disk; to the Windows Desktop, for example.
- Run the downloaded file. You can do this by double-clicking the hfrt151411s1r1.exe file to apply the hotfix.
- Reboot your computer when prompted.
- Reactivate your antivirus, using the I have an activation code... option and verify the issue resolution.
