Situation
You can protect your domains with our service but still omit the accounts you want from the antivirus or anti-spam filters.
Solution
To do this, you must be the company or domain administrator. In your Control Panel go to the Filter tab, and select the Services per user menu.
- Select the domain to which you want to apply the changes, and you will see a list of domain users.
- Select the users you want to omit from the filters.
Note: Even though you have disabled the anti-spam and/or antivirus filters for an account, basic anti-spam filters will still be applied as they operate in the connection between our service and the sender’s mail server.
