Symptom

Error 2116 ocurrs installing Endpoint Protection.

Cause

The installation file has been downloaded, yet there is no information referring to the MD5 in the catalog with which to check whether the file is in adequate conditions to perform the installation.

Data needed to report the incident

If the issue is not solved, it is then necessary to collect a series of data from the computer. Please, read How to report problems from the Endpoint Protection console and follow the instructions indicated.
