How to allow access to a partner to the Adaptive Defense and Endpoint Protection web console

Adaptive Defense and Endpoint Protection administrators can restrict partners to access the web administration console. If you are a partner and you want your client to re-enable access to the console, you must contact him and ask him to perform the following actions from his console:

  1. Go to the Web console.
  2. Go to the Preferences screen.

  3. Select the option that allows resellers to access the client's console.
