How to uninstall Endpoint Protection on Linux systems

To uninstall PCOP from a Linux system, you need to manually perform these steps:

  1. Stop the processes. Run the following command:

    /opt/PCOPAgent/Stop-PCOP-Agent
  2. Delete the /opt/PCOPAgent folder and all its contents.
  3. Delete the /etc/PCOPLinux folder and all its contents.
  4. Delete the service. Run the following command depending on the distribution:
    • SUSE / RED HAT
      chkconfig –del pcopagent
    • Debian / Ubuntu
      update-rc.d -f pcopagent remove
  5. Delete the /etc/init.d/pcopagent file.
