Error 815 in the AdminSecure administration console: General error (Cod. 815).

This error occurs when installing protection modules from the console and the plugin configuration file is damaged on the workstation or server to update.

To solve this incident, restore the communications agent on the corresponding computer from the AdminSecure administration console.

To do this, go to Tools –> Distribute communications agent –> Troubleshooting wizard.

In the wizard, select Restore a flawed agent installation choosing the most appropriate way for your network type.
