Error codes returned by the Panda AdminSecure console

Below is a description of some of the most common error codes reported in the AdminSecure administration console while updating protection or the Virus Signature File.

In order to resolve these error codes, it is necessary to upgrade to the latest Panda AdminSecure version.

  • Error 2102

    Error accessing the repository.

    Description: The malware signature files could not be obtained due to an error when accessing the repository.

  • Error 831

    Error accessing the repository.

    Description: A request to download a packet has been sent to the repository but it has not replied within the specified time.

  • Error 830

    General error.

    Description: General error (Cod. 830).

  • Error 770

    General error.

    Description: General error (Cod. 770).
  • Error 815

    General error.

    Description: General error (Cod. 815).
