No, the devices won't disappear from the console, but there will be devices offline.
If you have 40 devices with the PCSM agent installed and only 20 licenses because the other 20 have expired, only the first 20 computers to connect to PCSM after the license expiration date will be online, the rest will be offline.
With offline devices you won't be able to do anything because they don't connect to the cloud platform. You will only see the information obtained about them from previous audits.
