You have lost or forgotten your Activation Code, client number or your Panda Account credentials.
Solution
- Activation Code and Client number: Look for the Panda Security welcome email that is always sent after purchasing or renewing a product online.
- Panda Account credentials: Please, use the password reminder to have it resent to your Panda Account login email address. For further information, please check this Support article.
