Do you use any of these strategies to create your account passwords?
If you want to know if your passwords are really hard to crack, take a look at these tips for creating passwords capable of protecting your digital identity:
Think of a sentence
Think of a saying or sentence that means something to you and, if possible, only you. For example, the title of your favorite song. Type it using letters, numbers, and symbols.
Combine two words
Choose two words and make a different word by mixing up the letters.
Turn vowels into numbers
Take the word you have chosen as password and turn its vowels into numbers.
Remove the vowels
Instead of replacing them with numbers such as in the previous example, you can remove the vowels completely.
Mix a number and a word together
Take a word and a number (if possible, with the same length) and join them together. You can use a random word that is easy to remember and your ZIP code, for example.
The keyboard trick
Choose a sequence of numbers that is easy to remember (your ZIP code, for example). Now, look for the numbers on the keyboard and instead of using numbers, use the letters just beneath them.
