How to report issues related to products based on Aether Platform from the console?

Aether Platform integrates Panda Support Information (PSInfo), the Support tool that you can use to:

  • Report a problem
  • Collect data for diagnosis

How can I report issues through the console?

  1. Just access the console, click the Computers tab, select the specific computer with problems, right-click on the icon and select Report a problem.

  2. You will be presented with the following window.



    It is very important that you enter a concise description of the issue, enter your email address and, finally, click Send.
  3. Once the information is sent, click Close on the following screen.
