Below are the steps to check in order to solve issues regarding users that do not have access to a website:
- Login to the Panda Cloud Internet Protection Administration console and check for blocked transactions for the affected user.
- Click the Analyze top-level menu, search for the affected user and display the blocked transactions for the appropriate time period.
- The following policy actions can be displayed:

|The user is using a browser version that has been blocked. Check Secure -> Advanced Security -> Browser Control to confirm your policy.
|Request appears to be a Cross-Site Scripting (XSS) attack
|Attempted cross-site scripting blocked by the Advanced Threat Protection.
|Possible browser cookie theft
|Potential credential stealing is occurring; cross-site scripting (XSS) protection has blocked access.
|Use of anonymizing site is not allowed
|The user is attempting to bypass PCIP through the use of an anonymous proxy.
