Symptoms
Error 2098 occurs when installing Endpoint Protection.
Cause
There is another Windows installer installation in progress, not of a Panda product necessarily, which prevents the installation of Endpoint Protection.
Solution
After 30 minutes of the first installation attempt, the PCOP installation wizard will be launched again.
Data to collect
If the issue is not solved, it is then necessary to collect a series of data from the computer. Please, read How to report problems from the Endpoint Protection console and follow the instructions indicated.
