Service administrator console

Using a web interface, the service administrator can configure and review the service parameters, analyze service status, and present and export reports on the filtering system's activity.

The main functional areas are:

• Provision of a client in the service, including introduction, display and alteration of technical provision parameters required.

  • Registration and cancellation of a new client.
  • Registration and cancellation of a domain.
  • Configuring/altering a domain's services.
  • Configuring/altering the number of users/mailboxes in a domain.
  • Creation/alteration of domain administrator/s. Cancellation of domain administrators.
  • Sending and restoring the domain administrator password (automatic system for sending passwords).

• Billing:

  • Change client rate settings.
  • Different service packs with different services and rates can be contracted for each domain.
  • There are two types of billing options: according to the number of mailboxes and volume of traffic. It will only be possible to use a single criterion for the same client.
  • Monthly information on number of active accounts or traffic processed. According to the format determined for billing.
  • Limitation of maximum number of active mailboxes by services.
  • Automatic sending of billing information to mediation system.

For a certain domain it will be possible to extract: period reports, system reports, virus filtering reports, spam filtering reports, service quality reports, activity logs.
