What is the activation code and where can I find it?

Activation code

The activation code consists of two sets of characters and numbers separated by a hyphen. This code is essential in order to activate your product.

It is important to activate your product so that you can benefit from advantages such as daily automatic updates for the duration of your product license, Technical Support, SOS Virus, etc.

Where can you find your activation code?

1. If you purchased a CD, you will find the activation code stuck on the inside of the CD case or on the CD itself.
   
   Should you need to retrieve your client data,  go to the Password Reminder.
   If you still have not activated the product, you can request your data to the Customer Care Department, accessible from the Contact section on the website.   
2. If you bought the product from the Panda Security Online Store, you will find the Activation Code in the welcome emails forwarded by Panda Security.
   
   Should you need to retrieve the Activation Code, please follow the steps below:
   
   
   1. Check your order from the Panda Security Online Store.
   2. Enter your Login Email address and your Panda password and click Login.
      
      If you cannot find it, go to the Password Reminder section on Panda Security’s website to retrieve it.
   3. Check that your Activation Code is displayed in your order Product section.
