Panda GateDefender Integra includes a VPN system to create your own virtual private networks, extending the reach of your network and ensuring confidential connections.
Once you have configured the VPN network, Panda GateDefender Integra will automatically adjust your firewall so that the board is needed to establish the tunnel with the other terminal are open and available. The rules are entered in the system completely transparently to the user.
However, encrypted traffic that reaches Panda GateDefender Integra, once passed through the VPN module and decrypted, is once again sent to the firewall. At this point, the filter rules created by the user to allow the traffic to flow correctly through the tunnel are applied.
Below we offer a detailed guide for users to configure the firewall from the Panda GateDefender Integra console in order that traffic can pass through the tunnel.
