The Aether Platform administration console displays "No information" in status of endpoints.
This could be due to any of the following reasons:
- The endpoint has not sent the status information to the administration console yet. It is necessary to wait until the endpoint communicates the new information via the agent to the console.
- The version installed on the endpoint cannot report information regarding modules which are not supported. In this case, it is necessary to update the agent and/or the protection.
- The installation of the module is still in progress.
