Open Panda Dome/Aether for Android
- Go to Support.
- Push Report issue,
- Activate diagnostic mode by clicking Enable.
- Click in Reproduce the issue
- Reproduce the problem so that error data can be collected
- Back to Support and click Finish.
- Enter a case number if you have one, as well as a brief description (this field is required) and click Submit. The case send to your local support office.
