Follow these steps to report issues with the iOS protection of your prodict based on Aether.
- Go to the Aether web UI.
- On the Computers tab, go to the details screen of the IOS device affected by the problem you want to report.
- Click the context menu button, select Report a problem, add a short description of the problem, the contact email address and click Send.
- Then, you will see a message like this on the IOS device:
- Replicate the issue.
- Tap on Send Report.
