- Panda Security’s consumer antivirus solution achieves highest Advanced+ rating in the Performance tests
Panda Security, The Cloud Security Company, today announced that Panda Internet Security 2012 has achieved the Advanced+ rating in the latest “Performance” test from AV-Comparatives.org, the independent review lab. These results showcase the solution’s powerful protection capabilities and minimum resource consumption.
The tests were conducted in May and consisted of several subtests that judged the speed of file copying, archiving/unarchiving, installing/uninstalling, downloading and launching applications. Panda Internet Security 2012 achieved excellent results in nine out of the ten tests.

I’m looking at the report and as far as I could say your news title “Panda Internet Security 2012 Ranks as Best-Performing Antivirus in Recent AV-Comparatives Evaluation” is misleading as hell. Panda didn’t score as the best. Far from it. Panda ended in the middle among the 20 tested products.
People need to pay for much more awareness of internet security.
