Troubleshooting Panda Account Issues in Panda Cloud Antivirus

Your Panda Account is an exclusive area available for all Panda clients which allows you to download your product, obtain specific documentation, renew your license, access Technical Support etc. All you need to do is create and validate your Panda account. Although this process is very straight forward, you may

Cannot find the validation email?

As soon as you create your Panda account you will receive an email to validate the account. Please check your inbox and click the link on the validation email. If you cannot find it on your inbox, please check the spam inbox. If you cannot find it there either, follow the steps below:

  1. Access your Panda Account by clicking here.
  2. Select the Forgotten your password? option.

  3. Enter your email address, fill in the Captcha, click Send instructions.

  4. The validation email will be sent to you again. Validate your account by clicking on the link from the email.

Email address already in use

If you had previously created your Panda Account and you get the following message:"The email address is already in use. Please enter the password associated to this Panda Account", just enter the password and click Continue. If you cannot remember it, follow the steps below:

  1. Access your Panda Account by clicking here.
  2. Select the Forgotten your password? option as explained earlier.
  3. Enter your email address, fill in the Captcha, click Send instructions.
  4. Fill in the fields so that a new password is set.

    Change password
  5. Enter the password back in the Panda Account wizard and click Continue.

Now you are ready to benefit from your Panda Account.
