I have received an email and it has been cataloged as spam
When the service detects an email as spam, it is stored in the SPAM folder, from which you can recover emails that you believe have been incorrectly classified.
You can do this from the Control Panel, from the Notifier or from the report on emails detected as spam.
The spam detected by our service is held in the SPAM folder for 15 days. It is then passed to the recycle bin and, the same day, is deleted definitively.
