Email messages received at the user domain are either delayed or not even delivered by Panda Cloud Email Protection.
The user's mail server is not responding properly, according to the tests Panda has performed.
Please, contact your administrator as you need to verify the status of your mail server.
IMPORTANT! If the problem persists after you have checked that your mail server is actually stable and running, please provide Panda Security samples of the emails indicating:
- Fields: from, for, subject
- Date when the message was sent
- Moment from which you started noticing these problems
