The Panda Cloud Email Protection platform has tagged a valid message as spam.
Recover the message from the spam folder, Select the message to retrieve and Click Not Spam or White List
If the problem persist and the valid senders belong to the same domain, you can add the sender or the domain to the whitelist by following these steps:
- Click the Spam folder
- Select the message wrongly classified
- Click White List
