– If you you’re in W7, W8 W8.1 and you migrate to Windows 10, the protection will upgrade to 7.30.03 version.
– If you install the product on Windows 10, you’ll install version 7.30.03.

I have just been upgraded to Panda internet security 2015 after finding out that windows 10 will not let me install my old panda internet security 2014.
When I took out windows 10 and reinstalled windows 7 pro 64bit, my old panda activation code did not work so I contacted panda by phone and was then emailed a new code with the upgrade to panda internet security 2015.
My question is this, WILL my new panda internet security 2015 work on windows 10, IF I reinstall windows 10 from windows 7 pro, say next week for instance.

I just purchased Panda Global Protection 2015 yesterday and installed it on my laptop. I upgraded to Windows 10 today and it removed the Panda software (fund it in windows.old folder). I attempted to reinstall it and received a message that it was not compatible with Windows 10.

I tried to find it in the uninstaller, but only found Panda Devices Agent. I attempted to uninstall that but it would not remove although it acted like it did.
I had to restore back to Windows 8.1, Uninstall Panda Global Protection 2015, re-update to Windows 10 and hope for the best ….

I have a 5 year 3 device Global Protection 2013 licence that still has over 600 day validity. I have upgraded to Windows 10 so do I stick with GP2013 or if I upgrade to GP2015 will I need to buy a new licence?

You indicate that your antivirus is compatible with Windows 10, but you’re very careful not to say ANYTHING about the firewall! Why does he firewall turn off immediately after turning it on? Hi I installed windows 10 to my laptop and then followed the Panda links to instal compatible AV software, which would replace my Panda Antivirus Pro 2014. The new software fails to instal and a message states this due to traces of a previous version of Panda AV still remaining. I tried to uninstal Panda AV in the control panel but there is no Panda program showing there. I tried to instal the compatible Panda AV repeatedly but kept getting the same message about traces of a previous Panda program. Any suggestions? I have 3yrs left to run on my Panda subscription and right now my computer is unprotected.

This is what I tried before and it still doesn’t work. This is the message I get

I restarted twice and both times the same message reappears.
This was the same problem previously.
Try to install PANDAGP16.exe on ASUS-laptop with Windows10 (downloaded via my ACCOUNT on the PANDAsecurity-page). Installation fails and I was lead to the download of GP16.exe. This installation also fails. Error message (translated from Dutch): An error occurred during the process and it was not possible to complete the installation of Panda Global Protection 2016.
I tried it several times with the same result

I have Windows 10 installed recently. When I run Panda Cloud Cleaner, the update runs first and is still running after 15 min. It never stops and moves to the cleaning process. What is the problem ??

I had Panda Global Protection 2015 installed which updated itself to the 2016 version. Windows 10 tells me that the 2016 version is not compatible with it which I find puzzling because one would think the 2016 version would be a refinement of the 2015 product rather than a backward step. However, I am experiencing some issues. Firstly, windows automatic updates are being blocked and secondly, by a process of trial and error I found out that the antivirus product is blocking access to the Documents folder. I am working round this by having a copy of my documents folder on the desktop.
Clearly this is less than ideal so it would be helpful to have a definitive statement as to the compatibility of the 2016 products with Windows 10.

Hi, While attempting to upgrade from windows 7 home premium to windows 10 I get the message “Some apps need to be uninstalled as they aren’t compatible with the upgrade” (Panda Security 2012 and below) and repeated (Panda Security and below). I find this very odd as I don’t have Panda Security on this machine but to be sure I ran the Panda Security Uninstaller and rebooted as requested… I still got the same message so I used Run, Regedit to find any evidence of Panda and nothing found at all in any folder…..Any ideas, thanks in advance

I upgraded to Windows 10 and had to pay to upgrade my Panda security to Panda 2016. At first I think it worked, but no messages about regular scans like on my previous version of Panda. Now the antivirus and anti-spyware is ‘snoozed’ and I can’t get it to turn on. Is it clashing with Windows Defender? How can I get it to turn on?

I downloaded Panda Security anti virus on my Windows 10 PC. I could install it easily without any issues. And, the anti virus is working great on my PC. The only problem I am facing is, Panda security is not allowing me to launch Nox app player which is an Android emulator. I use this to run Android apps and play games on my PC. Is there any settings I need to change to fix this issue. Please help me out.
