Symptoms
Certain mobile devices include bespoke settings in order to save energy and memory and, as result, any application considered non essential will be closed. Panda Dome for Android needs to be running in the background in order for features like Application control, Snap the thief, Device location or even the signature updates to work. Therefore, if Panda Dome for Android is closed, those features will stop working. These issues can be prevented by adding an application to the protected applications option within the energy saving settings or by including it to the start-up application manager.
Solution
Make sure that Panda Dome for Android is out of the Optimize battery usage". This option kill app-s in background.
For Samsung Mobile devices running Android 13 or Android 12, follow these instructions to ensure that Panda Dome works correctly:
- Go to Settings
- Click in Apps
- Select Panda Dome
- Go to Battery
- Click in Optimize battery usage
- Select option Don’t optimize
