Sbaanetapi is a Dynamic Link Library (DLL) that is used by different hacking tools and exploits, among other malicious programs, in order to exploit the use this library in their own computers in order to attack other computers that are not properly updated. The result is that they download and execute malicious files determined by the hacker in the remote computer.
Once the targeted computer is affected, hackers can install Sbaanetapi in it, in order to use it as an intermediary for attacking other computers and remain anonymous. In this case, Panda Security would detect the presence of Sbaanetapi in the affected computer.
If you have a Windows XP/2000 computer, it is highly recommendable to download the security patch for the LSASS vulnerability from the Microsoft website.
